After years of teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates in Germany, Spain, and Israel, I’ve learned that every person tells a different story. Since 2010, I’ve spent the last 15 years learning from my students across these three countries, a journey that has taught me that no two paths to movement are the same.
To me, Pilates is more than just a sequence of exercises; it is a powerful tool for rehabilitation, strengthening, and returning to a life full of movement. My goal is to bring the expertise I’ve gained directly to you- at home, office, or while on vacation, through a personalized online format, focusing exactly on what you need now and for the future.
We work as a team. I am here to guide, correct, and provide you with my full attention in a supportive, relaxed atmosphere, often with a good sense of humor. If you have concerns about your physical capabilities, that is perfectly natural. I meet you with compassion and understanding so that together, step by step, we can build an approach that works with your body, not against it.
Focused Movement Solutions
In our sessions, we focus on targeted movement solutions: post-injury recovery, prenatal and postnatal support, and mental and physical rehabilitation following surgery. I am a firm believer in a conservative approach. By focusing on correct strengthening and improving range of motion, we can realize your body’s full potential and often even prevent surgical intervention, all while working hand-in-hand with your medical protocols.
These training sessions are designed to improve your strength and mobility, achieve your personal goals, and help you rediscover the freedom that comes with movement. My mission is to build a gradual program for you that strengthens, maintains, and leads you toward small and large successes that will suddenly feel possible.
