With over 15 years of experience as a certified Pilates instructor, specializing in rehabilitative work for seniors both in Israel and abroad, I have guided clients at every level. From those facing complex mobility challenges (walkers, wheelchairs, etc.) to active seniors looking to enhance their performance.
How do we work? As a team. I am here to guide, correct, and provide my full attention in a supportive, relaxed, and lighthearted environment.
It’s natural to have doubts or fears about what your body can still do. I approach every challenge with compassion and understanding.Together, step-by-step, we will build a kind, sustainable approach and restore your trust in your body.
