In this process you will learn the neuroscience of pain, nervous system regulation technics, somatic exercises, brain training, busting myths, releasing old patterns of thinking and behaving.

Pilates & mobility work
A key part of feeling better is getting back to movement.
In my Pilates and mobility classes, You’ll relearn how to move with joy and reassurance, free from fear. Maladaptive changes are not the cause of your pain rather, they are a response to it.

Meditation & Somatic work
I offer special meditations which go beyond traditional ones.
These Meditations will help you connect with your unconscious mind, uncover the messages behind your symptoms, and feel the deeper emotions beneath the surface.

How long does a coaching process take?
An average coaching process typically spans 3 months (about 8-12 sessions),
although some individuals need fewer or more sessions, depending on their pace.
You can book sessions week by week, giving you the flexibility to move at your own pace.
How often should we schedule sessions?
the recommendation is once a week.
Where are the sessions held?
All sessions are virtual and I will work with you to find a time that works for both of us.
Do I have to do emotional work?
You don’t have to do anything you’re not ready or willing to explore.
Our sessions will progress at your own pace, and you’ll have the freedom to choose from the options I provide on what to focus on. Emotional work is part of the process, but you can still benefit from the educational content and techniques that are not directly related to emotions.
In fact, many people find that their pain and symptoms begin to improve simply from gaining a deeper understanding of the neuroscience behind pain and its underlying causes
What is the price for a session?
