However, I eventually learned that these findings didn’t have to be the end of my story, and that recovery was possible through a different approach

An average process spans about 3 months (8–12 sessions). This allows enough time for the brain to begin creating new neural pathways and for you to integrate the tools into your daily life. To accommodate your needs, you can choose from the following three options available on this site:
